The final policy will cover, at minimum: what we collect at intake, how uploaded panel logs are stored and who can access them, the retention and deletion schedule, and the separate, optional research-use consent (off by default; your files are used only for your own analysis unless you affirmatively opt in).

You own your source files. Canary receives a limited license for the specific analysis you request.
