Terms of Service

DRAFT PLACEHOLDER. These terms have not been reviewed or approved by counsel and are not yet in effect. No paid engagement begins until a counsel-approved service agreement is in place.

The final terms will cover, at minimum: the service agreement and scope of analysis, intake authorization, data ownership and the limited license for the specific analysis, retention and deletion schedule, report disclaimers, and liability language.

Canary reports are not an inspection, diagnosis, maintenance instruction or record, return-to-service approval, pilot assessment, or airworthiness determination.
